Vidonn F1 Titanium Bone Conduction Headphones

When I first started researching Bone Conduction Headphones because of my Tinnitus, I bought the Vidonn F1 Titanium Bone Conduction Sports Headset. They were the first pair of Bone Conduction Headphones I ever purchased. I have been through a couple of sets, but I still use them all of the time and recommend them.

Since I am a true believer in Bone Conduction Headphones, I also give these as gifts. I like to give them for Christmas and birthdays to family and friends. I believe they are safer for you if you are outside jogging in traffic or congested, noisy areas.

The Vidonn F1 Titanium Bone Conduction Headphones are slightly better than the F3 headphones only for active sports because they have a volume button on them where the F3’s do not. I believe it is more convenient if you are playing tennis or running or something and you want to turn them down and not have to find your phone.

The F1’s are inexpensive and a few dollars cheaper than the newer Vidonn F3 headphones, and both are sold on Amazon. They are a good value and last well if you take care of them.

Bone Conduction Headphone Safety

As we discuss in our articles, “Are Bone Conduction Headphones Safer?” and “Hearing Loss Caused By Loud Earbuds, Airpods, And Headphones” there is a difference in sound quality. Bone Conduction Headphones are great to have in your repertoire of headphones for different uses.

In our experience, we use bone conduction headphones to walk through the forest near our small town in Alaska to listen to an audiobook on a walk and listen for bears and moose!

We use Bone Conduction Headphones Everyday

We use Bone Conduction Headphones every day and rotate them with other headphones depending on the situation. I use over-the-ear muff-type headphones when I am trying to concentrate or have an important phone conversation.

Bone Conduction is great to use while you are outside walking, working, or working out and listening to an audiobook or your favorite music. You can use them in the gym to hear other people without taking them off or when you are walking with someone. You can also use them to talk on the phone, video conferencing, or whatever else you are doing.
